Lunch: meatless soy crumbles, cucumber and dill salad, 1 handful strawberries, 1 breadstick
Snack: Melba toast
Dinner: tomato and basil soup (with a liiiittle too much red pepper, oh dear) with protein powder, 1/2 grapefruit
Current weight: 130
Goal weight: 120
