Did some Qi Gong and Tai Chi last night, perfect end to the day!
Breakfast: detox tea with vanilla stevia
Lunch: 1 serving meatless crumbles with the tomato & basil mixture, 1/2 grapefruit.
Snack: 1 Grissini breadstick
Dinner: Vega protein mixed with one apple put into the microwave with cinnamon and nutmeg, and some cucumber dill salad, 1 melba toast.
Snack: yogi tea with 1 tbl of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and stevia
I've finally lost the weight I had gained during the load days! I was afraid to step on the scale until I could tell from looking at my body that it was back to normal. :-/ Now to lose the rest. Side note: if I wanted further proof that eating junk food was bad for me, my complexion going to hell in two days plus all the bloating definitely proved it!!
