First of all my poor stomach is still in recovery from the past two days. Last night my stomach swelled up to pregnancy standards, took some meds and plenty of water and it's nearly back to its usual flat state. YES, I have a flat stomach, my abs are probably one of my best features.
Breakfast: detox yogi tea with stevia
Lunch: Sunwarrior natural flavored protein in water with chocolate stevia, a tomato and fresh basil salad with onion and garlic powder and a piece of crumbled melba toast with some freshly ground black pepper, and a handful of strawberries.
Dinner: cucumber salad with dill, onion power, and garlic powder, and the handful of strawberries went into the blender with vanilla stevia and Garden of Life protein powder, plus one Grissini breadstick.
I need to find new things to do with the protein powder and figure out how much stevia to use, or I will go nuts. I wound up chugging this mixture, and the strawberries were the only thing that saved it. I could use some good vegan P2 protein advice here....
