Breakfast: detox tea with stevia
Lunch: 1 Gardein chik'n scallopini and baked kale with Braggs Liquid aminos with garlic powder, half of one grapefruit.
Dinner: 1 packet chocolate Sun Warrior protein with a handful of strawberries and water for my smoothie, and the lovely tomato and basil salad with the crumbled melba toast on top.
People are right about this diet--so far am NOT starving! I plan to do some Qi Gong tonight to mellow out my chi. ^_^
